Retired April 30, 2001 as a Dupage County Sheriff Detective at the age of 51.
Had the Privilege to dedicate my Life to my God, Country, Community and Family.
To date, Married Thirty Five years, to Kathleen who remained a full time Homemaker to raise our three successful children.
Put three children through Catholic Education and College @ St. Michael’s Grade School, Wheaton, Illinois Benet Academy, Lisle, daughter at University of Illinois at Champaign and son and daughter at Marquette University Milwaukee, Wisconsin and University of Illinois College of Law.

Coached St. Michael’s School boys 8th grade A team basketball 4 years.

Past St. Michael School Board member
As a career Homicide Detective Investigating 63 Homicides to date I was able to bring Catholic Family Values, Compassion and Professionalism to police work in often bizarre investigations in which families were devastated by crime.
In that my wife and I are outdoor and travel
enthusiast. We have carried out our mission traveling North America in our
27 foot Airstream Trailer. Summers in Alaska, the Yukon and the Artic Ocean &
Lubec, Maine. Winters Airstreaming to places like Cabo San Lucas 1,400 miles
deep into Mexico in Baja California Sur, Boon Docking in the Bureau of Land
Management in our Nations Southwest and living on the Ocean in Key West Florida while establishing
myself as a major crime consultant.
All while keeping our Wheaton Home, Community & Parish.
